Our Story
Since 1994, Guido’s Original Pizza has been a staple in Boise, Idaho, born from the desire to bring authentic New York-style pizza to the local community. Founded by two friends who shared a passion for great pizza, our journey began with the simple goal of creating delicious pies that reflect the true essence of New York. In 1998 and 1999, Evan and Patrick joined the team, learning the art of pizza making from the original owners. When they took the reins in 2019, they continued the legacy with the same cherished, original recipes.
